Dear Sir
My ATM skimmimg amount of Rs 25000 at soneri bank chandni chowk branch rawalpindi dated 29.05.2016 at 8:00 PM (as i received sms alert on my mobile no).I have lodged my complaint on same date to soneri bank help line no that i have not withdrawal the amount and my account debited by Rs 25000\- and still bank has not refund the amount. My complaint no is 2905160012.
