Dear sir,
i am your valuable customer and i leased my Toyota Corolla XLI from your bank HBL Kot jamil Branch on date Oct,2015 still i did not receive my smart card for many time i complain your bank but they did not response while i also contact your HBL Region Mirpur they also could not give a response . HBL a big organization but sorry to say very poor service at your end and i also pay many fines and whenever i contact your staff members they deal me with non cooperative behavior i hope you will be take a notice this issue and try to resolve this problem as soon as possible and i hope you will be cooperate with me.i will be very thankful to you.
