I am writing this to report a deeply disturbing and unacceptable interaction with one of your AVO officers, Adnan Abbasi (Phone: 0313-5301505). During our communication, he was verbally abusive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. His tone was aggressive, his language was inappropriate, and he showed zero regard for basic customer service ethics.

This wasn’t just a case of poor communication — this was blatant verbal abuse. No customer should ever be subjected to such treatment, especially from someone who is supposed to represent the company.

If this individual continues to work in a customer-facing role, it will only further damage the company’s reputation, credibility, and customer relationships. His actions reflect a serious lack of training, discipline, and accountability.

I strongly urge upper management to take immediate disciplinary action, including termination. Someone with this kind of behavior has no place in a professional environment, let alone in a position that interacts directly with clients.

Let this serve as a formal complaint and a warning: If incidents like this are ignored, customers will not hesitate to take their business elsewhere — and to share their experiences publicly.
