I a few days ago I lost my ID card which NADRA re-printed through their online platform. NADRA processed the request as per their promise and dispatched the order. However, a few days lets I got a notification from TCS saying they had delivered the Document to a person named “Gulzar”. to my surprise there was no one named Gulzar that I knew. i searched the homes near mine for a person named Gulzar no one knows any Gulzar. I complained to TCS to which they haven’t gotten back to me yet. My original ID card is lost again due to TCS and IDK who to ask for help.
