aslam o alaikum i raheela bibi having bahimat buzurg khidmat card and during journey my card has been lost.I visited the Bank of Punjab bara koh branch several times for issuance of new card but they refused and said we cannot issue this card.please guide me properly as i am living in a miserable conditions in the holy month of ramadan because my husband is disable person and we have no source of income.thanks
