I bought shoes for my daughter from Big Jolly Shoes in Swat and they promised if the size didn’t fit, i can exchange them in Peshawar easily.
I went to the saddar branch of Jolly Shoes.
Pathetic customer service and uneducated unprofessional people. They passed comments on my child’s weight (they have no right to), they had no knowledge of what they had in their store room, their policies between stores are not consistent since they said they didn’t change shoes between branches, they gave me a replacement shoe that was damaged and most importantly, they misbehaved with me telling me on my face what a great favor they were doing to me. Serious serious issues in this store. Never going back.
