People in our Steer used to theft electricity not only in summer but also in winter. One of them is employ in wapda. The people who used to do this work are ishq Khan and house of Islam Khan in kot Abdullah batapur gt Road lahore. They live in Sadiq phatty Wali Gali (صادق پھٹے والی گلی). They people use 2-4 AC whole day.
