Since last two months, i am using bilal travels bus service for going to Lahore from Rawalpindi. This bus service every time make nuisance, staff of this bus misbehave with the passengers with me also every time. Twice they cancelled my seat without information, its bus hostesses are ill-mannered. Today i sit in the bus from lahore on 6 30 am but they did not go till 7.30 am ,they told that from sheikhupura we will take the route of motorway but they didnot do that . Every time it is late , their conduct is very abusive . When i asked the bus hostess and driver about stay and why they dont took the route on motorway both driver and bus hostess started shouting at the passengers and lying with the passengers that motorway that motorway is closed.
