The Manager, HBL, BISE Branch, 86-Mozang Road, Lahore was asked to transfer a sum of Rs. 1.000 B (One Billion) from A/c No. 01230001018403 maintained with HBL BISE, Branch, Lahore to A/c No 6510008009300037 maintained with the Bank of Punjab, Gulberg, Lahore through RTGS vide cheque No. 08975453 dated 28-12-2017 along with remittance application at 12-30 PM but you flatly refused to transfer the said amount, which is not at all acceptable and against the professional interest of BISE Lahore as well.
She was reminded to do the needful maximum by 09-00 AM on 29th December, 2017, because 30th December, 2017 is Saturday and all bank business will be closed for three days onwards. In case of non compliance if the profit rate reduces or there is any financial loss to this institution, you and your bank will be held responsible and will have to make up the loss as well.
She was directed to transfer the said amount through RTGS in the account No. 6510008009300037 maintained with the Bank of Punjab, Gulberg, Lahore positively on the said date and time but she did not do so till now. The same complaint has already been forwarded through email to the following:

2. Mr. Asif Bajwa, Regional Operational Chief, Lahore
2. Ms. Nadia javed, Manager, HBL, BISE, Lahore
