Aslam u alaikum I booked a ticket of faisal movers from Islamabad to Multan on 29-03-2016at 12pm but due to death of my grandfather I have to departure early so I travelled in night at 1:20 am .I made a phone call for cancellation of ticket at 8am but they refused but in ticket it is clearly mentioned that ticket can be cancelled
