Respected UBL Organization,

I am an account Holder of UBL Malir Town-Ship Branch, PLS A/C No. 0398-1016980-9.
As per Bank Statement, on 25.04.2016, the amount Rs. 400 deducted from my Account because of Cheque Return reason.
After that, I complaint in UBL Malir Town Ship Branch that, I had handsome amount in my account in order to release the Cheque without any Problem but Still the Rs. 400 Penalty deducted from my Account . The complaint had notified with “Complain No. 09081608912” on 16.08.2016. The status of my Complain had been asked several time from UBL Malir Town Ship Branch and the staff replied me on Phone that, the Problem is solved and the amount Rs. 400 has been returned in my Account.
When I received and checked the Bank Account Statement from Jul. to Dec. 2016, the amount Rs. 400 was not returned!!. It was surprising to me.
Furthermore, I asked to refund my Debit Rs. 70 Rupees dated 3rd and 4th Nov. 2016. As I am expecting, the amount Rs. 70 deducted on basis that I asked for the Bank Statement because I did not received the Half yearly Bank Account Statement by Post. It was not my Fault. I mentioned extra on Telephone Call, that the extra Amount has no to be charged (Rs. 2X Rs. 35 = Rs. 70) and that had been confirmed by the UBL Malir Township Branch. Still the amount has been noticed in Bank statement that the extra charges debit Rs. 70 from my Bank Account!!

After that, I made several calls Dated 03rd, 14th and 15th March 2016 and talked personally with Branch Manager Mr. WAQAS but unfortunately the Branch Manager did not perform and endure his Customer Services responsibility. Every time he promise to follow the Complain but he never done it. During Call conversation with Branch Manager Mr. WAQAS noticed that, he was not giving intension on my request and in such a careless way he talked on Phone and always give an excuse that there is long procedure to follow the Bank Statement and consume much more time in my case.

Now a day in advance Database Banking there should be no long time needed to follow the Customer last past year Bank Account Statement History. They are UBL representatives in Karachi Local areas. Think about it, when their in such a way with the Customers. I have no doubt; that he “Branch Manager Mr. WAQAS “ is such an Irresponsible Person who does not care Customer.

UBL Invest and spend Millions of Rupees in advertisement and Promotion overall in Pakistan to make customers, but such kind of People like UBL Malir town Ship Branch Manager Mr. WAQAS leading down the impression of such a reputable UBL Organization. Because of such kind of behavior not only, me rather the other clients are defiantly going to choose the other alternative Bank. Atleast, I am honest with UBL because since more than 30 year, I am the account holder and do not want to windup and switch to other Bank just for the reason of irresponsible, no-serious, corrupted and unskilled Branch Manager in UBL Organization.

Is there any Responsible and Serious Officer in UBL who can take action against UBL Malir Town Ship Branch Manager Mr. WAQAS> who is showing his non-seriousness with his unprofessional behavior. He definitely do not have the ability to solve the issues of Customer rather he is creating Problems and doing kind of Corruption by deducting the Illegal amount from Customer Account in hidden way. Think about it, when on Monthly Basis, he does the same with 50 Customer, then defiantly he is making more than Rs. 30,000 Black Money in illegal way.

That is not the Matter of some Rupees rather it the Matter of Principles and lack of Customer Handling. That is why; I request UBL higher Authorities to take immediate and serious action in this regard and Return my Money Back and raise the enquiry against Branch Manager Mr. Waqas.
I know the UBL Reputation in the Market and I hope UBL Authorities will keep it up and eliminate the Factors (like Branch Manager Mr. WAQAS) who create hindrance for UBL Customer Dealing Quality assurance to be a Top leading Banking Organization.
