Dear Complaint Manager,

We “M/S AD INNOVATION” are manufacturer of Advertising Goods and has a Business Account with Meezan Bank Limited, Wahdat Road Branch, Lahore since many years.

Due to continuous non-cooperation by the management and other supporting staff of said branch in providing corporate services, unfortunately we transferred our business with your other branch.

No we need bank statement for the Financial Year 2017 and repeatedly calling to Branch Manager / Operation Manager and other supporting staff of the same bank but non of them are attending our call(s) nor responding back.

Kindly intervene the situation and extend your kind orders to the concerned branch’s management. Ask them to provide required information at their preference. Some training sessions should also be arranged for the that whole branch where they should be taught that “CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT”.
