Last day I visit Pizza Hut with my family .when I reached there only 4 tables r free there we sat. I asked the service boy plz start the A.C he said sorry sir the A.C is not working properly . I replied the manager who sit with his stupid friends in front of AC and busy chit chat with them . He come after 15 min and said I already put the complaint to Pizza Hut services resolving department . I said last 7 days before I came at that time same AC problem is carried out . Then he said it takes time to resolved . If u sit in this atmosphere then give order otherwise u can leave. Me much annoyed his behaviour .me with family at that time so keep quiet and humbly request plz change my seat . He said sorry I coud do nothing . Then I again asked I will complaint urs. He said my name is asad do what u want … Me sat in that place with full angry mood and gave order . Manager go back their seat and enjoying his friend party .. My name is faraz and me very old customer of Pizza Hut and my number is 03219696000 check out my last three months pizza order . Rest never come again Pizza Hut again and also suggest people not go there . First of all stupid branch managers held there specialty one person yasir who is I think six branch manager disgusting also sit there in front of ac with that stupid fellows of manager . And second is AC problem . Pizza Hut is a big chain and also deduct a handsome amount of tax from us but alas There is No A C in that place .. Hope will get a strong feed back and wait ur reply …this all things happens with me in Pizza Hut faisalabad civil line branch
