I sent a Murphy company vintage 1930’s radio worth of 42000 to someone in Quetta last month through F6 Islamabad tcs office. I even rewarded the boy who packed it. But the poor man received it in pieces. he sent me a video which i shared With tcs complaint cell several times. they took 3 weeks to tell me that it wasn’t their fault, then who’s fault is this? then they asked for claim letter and other docs. I sent those docs several times.And now they are quiet. It’s been month now. i filed complaint on 14th of october and kept calling them on daily basis. I request everyone not to use this fraud service anymore please. there are lots of other options available in the market. They are total fraud and stingy. May go to hell
