I invested in Gwadar Golf City around 7 years ago. I purchased a 1 Kanal plot and paid all installments on time, including full development charges.
Despite completing all payments and waiting patiently for years, nothing has been delivered. There is no proper development, no possession, and no clear future plan. Now I am being told that the project is almost dead and that I can only get a refund with heavy deductions or shift to another project.
I am not a rich person. I invested my hard-earned savings with trust. I am not asking for any profit. I only want my paid amount back or a fair adjustment in a legally approved project in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
I believe many other investors are facing the same issue. I want to connect with them so we can raise our voice together and seek justice.

This group is working hard with the help of electronic and other media to fight and recover the money. The Golden Palms Gwadar project, launched by the Hashoo Group, has been described as a scam by various stakeholders. The project has faced numerous issues, including a suspended No Objection Certificate (NOC), legal scrutiny, and allegations of corruption. Investors have expressed disappointment over the lack of communication and progress, waiting nearly 20 years for their money to be returned with no response from the Hashoo Group. The project’s status is currently in the process of restoration, but there is no confirmation on whether the NOC will restore or not.
