I tried a lot to make a complaint against the rider but bykea complaint number wast not working then I made a complaint through rider completed rider Problem tab there I send detail message also not entertained. now on surfing google I found this place Let see what you guys do.
Complain Details:
I use bykea for my Restaurant deliveries on 16-sep-18 I booked rider for delivery he delivered bill was 930 and rider top up just 400 rs we called him and he said his wallet was in minus thats why he was deducted and 400 was left for Top up we said it’s your problem send us full amount then he said book my bike and I will return your amount we refuse to do that and told him its your fault so you should bring this amount then he said I will bring the amount next day he repeated this every time when we called him during this I regularly tried to call him but same he said I will bring it tomorrow
