Today in morning, I booked my ride from my home to reach office early but due to lack of mapping knowledge and communication skills of rider on BYKEA APP, I found myself stuck then I was keep calling to guide him my exact location and then after wasting of my 10 minutes what I see..!!! the rider is not the same person as displaying on BYKEA App, he is a boy under the age of 18 who even cannot ride a bike confidently on double and on entire ride I was insecure and feeling awkward from his riding.
BYKEA management should not hire under 18 kids because this is insane and violation of the law to take services from KIDS in order to enhance their business or revenue, If you didn’t then please find-out take an adverse action against those riders who are misusing the facilities of this company.

Iam a Bykea partner and driving the bike with BYKEA from last few months.i found BYKEA good than others but unfortunately managemnt is totally bulshit.my first bonus was blocked and I call on customer centre to solve my issue but it was useless they can only tell u that go to office ok after that I visited the office in blue area Islamabad they told me ok you still donot receive your helmet I said okh give me and tell me about bonus they told me u donot have any bonus.i said okh after few days they updated my bonus(..point to be noted??)and after that I worked hard and did 32 verified trips in a week my bonus was about 1500 besides the morning bonus.but they did not update it..I call them they told me visit office..after that I visited the office again in blue area they told me no problem your bonus will be upadated in 2 3 days or it will updated in evening.i still got nothing.reason to write this whole is to tell u guys that BYKEA does not care for partners it make trouble in bonus if somebody left it they donot give
