Respected Complaint Deppt. Head,
I applied for HONDA CIVIC Loan in early days of August, 2016 and got booking documents by 21st August with a verbal commitment of 2 to 3 months delivery period. Fine.
My Approval Facility Reference No. 1246256.
In December I was informed by Honda Fort Lahore show room that in January 2017 you will get the vehicle and ultimately on Monday 23rd January, 2017 this vehicle came to show room for delivery. Ok, fine even after 5 months.
Since, that day I am contacting Lahore Auto Finance Department repeatedly but as per statement of HBL Staff Mr. Aitzaz and Mr. Sharaq Butt some documents are still awaited from head office, KARACHI.
While contacting Mr. Mushtaq Gharay in KHI office, he was told everything by his colleagues from Lahore in official way but by today on 10th February 2017, after a period of 5 months and 20 days, (170 days) I have not been informed by Auto Finance Department Lahore or Karachi that what is the status.
My dear sir / madam,
Should I make my mind that HBL is failure to facilitate the customers. OR
The Staff of AUTO FINANCE DEPARTMENT is totally irresponsible. OR the Staff give free hand to show room people to make money, (as now a days there is PkRs 2,30,000.00) this is OWN MONEY (over charging on actual market price). Is this MONEY being Shared by HBL Staff or what it is ?
I don’t know the actual reality but I am the sufferer.
