Dear Sir. I obtained car loan facility (Honda city MN-17-928) from hbl Basira (br code 1037). It was quite surprising for me when I reviewed my acc statement that during DEC 16 to Feb 17 monthly instalments were deducted from my two accounts (1- 10377900082703 2- 10377900287703). Both accounts are maintained at same branch. I requested the concerned manager to refund my extra deductions and same practice may not be repeated. But during march 17 again instalments were deducted from both accounts. It was informed me that it happened due to system error. Now I feel it because I think that hbl has best system and it is happening with a good customer again and again. U may check my accounts transactions. Further’ I face problems at check posts when registration book of vehicle is demanded to verify.
