1. On March 31, 2019, I booked a ride from my home Sector G-15/4 to Islamabad airport. On receiving the name of Captain, I contacted him to guide him about my location. He informed me that he was at the parking area of Islamabad airport. And on his advice, I cancelled the ride. While booking another ride, it revealed that an amount of Rs. 249 had been debited against me.
2. Having booked another ride on the same day (Mar 31), the amount appeared on screen was Rs, 270-381 to which I agreed and asked for “Chalo-Go”. While disembarking at the airport, the Captain claimed Rs. 522/-. To avoid any confrontation, I paid the amount.
3. Similarly, during the last week of December, 2019, I tried to book a ride from CMH Rawalpindi to my home G-15/4, Islamabad. Since I got no response from the Careem’s control, I traveled through UBER. Meanwhile, a Careem ride arrived at CMH Gate and kept on waiting without taking pain of calling me just for a single time.
4. I arrived Karachi from Islamabad on January 01, 2019. And while book a Careem ride from Karachi airport to my hotel, I was surprised to know that a reasonable amount of Rs. 686/- had been levied against me just for waiting for few moments. Again, I paid the outstanding amount of Rs, 686/-
5. May I request to kindly look in the matter and address my grievances. Let me share with you that the image of Careem has gravely been damaged because of such irregularities and ill practices by few black sheep.
6. Wish you a smooth transition of Careem to Uber.

  1. Salaam .I’ve sent several emails to careem n it’s been a week no respond to my complain.
