Non co.operative captains, donot know the routes/maps
The driver which are the owner of cars always refuse to provide the facility to pick & drop the pessanger at the right location where the facilities of vehicle are possible
Please drop the drivers which are not well educated, having bad repotation, looking not intrested to run with careem, tease to the pessanger with their hard talk & dirty language. Most of the captains says from their cells that they are at calling locations but tells a lie, go back at their own will but careem charge as a fine/ penulty from the pessanger when he travel from another taxi which is unjustified. I am a government servant often travel through careem taxi’s having serious complants againts the drivers of ur company, iam making complaints to u online at your special format that careem have charged much more fare as a fine/ penulty waiting for action/reply, if not solved my complaint i will go in press, media and considering to file a complaint in the court of justice as the careem company is providing harm, pains, mentally tensions and financial lost to the people instead of providing facilities while the honourable chief justice Mian Saquib nisaar and Mr shauqat Azeez saddiqui are sitting in the court of justice
