Respect sir,
on 3rd of April 2017 i took 3 rides put of which on 2 rides on which i got 500 500 and a sum of 1000 rupees bonus and on the third i got 460 rupees. Then on 5th of April this sum of Money was subtracted from my circle. why? No reason was bothered to be given.
kindly add the sum taken back to my account. If this is because of your software. a petty mistake?? Then i am afraid to think the possibility of this happening every time we take rides and our money being subtracted from our accounts.
there are more complaints to be solved. but this is one huge problem that immediately needs to be solved.
