I am Ail Usman (+923326735717) from Faisalabad, Pakistan. Today (24.02.2017), I booked a ride from my location (Aminpur Road). As soon as I contacted the captain (Usman +923326674957), he said you are booking from a wrong location (Aminpur Bazar), so you should cancel the ride and book it again. In the hurry, I cancelled the ride without checking my location. So upon booking and completing the new ride the captain demanded for PKR 250. I called on the helpline but no person was there to resolve the matter. Now I had to pay PKR 250 extra to the captain (Muhammad Akram +923016002949) because of your pathetic helpline service. Please resolve the matter and pay back my PKR 250 and appoint anyone to tackle such matters on the spot.
