I booked a careem at 08:35 am today and the driver was 1 min away from my home. Then I call the captain and guide him about the address but he was unable to come at the location and he said on the phone I cant understand your location. Kindly hire literate persons who understands technology and work with customers easily. I was having an urgent meeting and because of your poor services I didn’t reach my work at time and get insulted by my boss. Why your poor service waste my precious time when your captain dont know about the locations.
