Well! My name is Talal ajnal mughal. On 6th of March, 2017 at 11:38 i book a ride from careem, and i got a message that your careem is on the way Captain: Adeel Sajid, 0331-0327350. Car Gery Toyota Vitz, BVX-969. After 11:40 i got message that your careem is here, so i went down from your office but didnot find your Captain there, i call him almost 13 to 14 time , but he didnot picked my call and in these 13 to 14 time calls his number was busy 2 times but he didnot picked my call. After searching him i got message from careem thay Your Careem booking has been cancelled. After that i again book careem after 3 minutes your Captain is standing outside my office and when i start my ride i got a message from careem that you have negative credit of PKR 133 in your account. I can find your aptain outside my office i search him for almost 10 minutes but i can’t find him anywhere and without any reason i paid 133 negative amount. Kindly solve this matter and return my money back
