The captain accepted the ride and didnt arrive at spot just to waste time so ride is cancelled by customer . He was just 1 min away and moved randomly wrong placed . When i called he said to cancel the ride bcz i dont want to go islamabad . This is disgusting attitude of careem captains. Needs to block his id .
Yesterday i booked a ride,caption did not reach to pick,I called him again after 10min why he has not reachedas he was very near to me he said I cancelled the ride, but actually it was not cancelled, even careem charged me rupee 190 cancelling charges etc,whats this rubish,this is disgusting
