I am a daily user of careem.This is regret to mention here that I have experienced pathetic behaviour of captains two times.today captain khalid mehmood pick up the ride send me text and then can cell the rude In spite of my giluidance and request of three calls.I being a female was standing in front of my house.everyday I use careem and captain reached to my location but khalid mehmood was lying that he is reaching and used bad language and abused.I will never let my complaint stop here if I not received any positive answer from careem .
