I am a regular client of Career as well my family also as u can check out other profile & usage by giving this cell num +923008642290 username Usman.
I always book my ride by calling captain of urs. But yesterday night I didn’t call or sms just booked it & captain Mr. Shahid Mehmood Kharl owning his car Mitsubishi 660 cc reg num GA 226 came within seconds. I asked to take his money from me and refused to travel due to any personal problem of mine. He was rude after that even taking his money. He was behaving as he is owner of Careem or going back without charges. I was just shocked by his behavior. Kindly its my request to take a serious action against him. As well I am sorry to say if Careem will not take action then I will be putting a case in Consumer Court against him personally and your company also. Hope you will be taking it serious. Waiting for prompt reply.
