Last evening (22nd June 2018) i booked for a careem captain came but on wrong side, i called him that i am at other side and cant walk to him due to quite far. He asked me my destination i told him he said i cannot come and he switch off the call, then i again i called him but he engage the cell phone …. As when i told him the destination i felt that he dont want to go that side and he wants that i should cancel the ride. After all this he gone offline. Now i have received negative balance in my wallet which is credulous i will not pay this because of captain mistake. Secondly i did not even receive email from careem for invoice etc…. If you are going to clear my wallet only then i will again booking cream otherwise goodbye. Bellow is the information about ride/captain.
