I have been deceived by your captain Mubashar Nazir, driving a Black Honda Civic Plus New, AJP-277, mobile number is +923185503933.
He turned off his cell phone after giving arrival & then cancelled the ride due to which I have been charged. This is sheer nonsense & unethical behaviour. Kindly issue notice to Careem company to take action such swindlers who are looting public in this way.
