Dear Careem,
I hired a ride on 16th April 2018 17:00 from Rehmanpura to Khudabakhsh road Lahore.
The bill was PKR 271/- and fine of cancelling the previous ride was PKR 150/-. I paid PKR 421/- to drive Ali Haider mobile number 03003671847 including panelty of PKR 150/-. I was very happy to ride first time on Careem and satisfied. Last night dated 29/04/2018 I opened the app on mobile to book a ride but a RED mark shown on top. I checked and found a PKR -150/- balance on the wallet. Really it was a surprise for me. First I decided to call driver and ask him but then I decided to check with Careem. Why this happened Careem? Will these 150/- rupees continue all life? The driver was dishonest or the Careem itself is a bad reputed institution? There were so many questions in mind and I decided to stop engaging any further service with Careem and settle this matter first. Why drivers are not updating or Careem itself is involved in unlawful activities? Can Careem update me in this small matter?
