Hi my name is Ayesha Sultan. I used first time careem service . My estimated fare was 211 and time was 15 minutes. The driver was so nervous and did not know the route at all . Which resulted me spent 50 minutes for the ride and charged me 595 pkr which is too much. I submitted my complaint in local office and I emailed as well . But no body replied or called.
Please take care my complaint it’s really unprofessional to charge the customer triple the price.
