On 22.08.2017, at about 8:25pm i booked a careem ride from giga mall, islamabad. The captain, qalbe abbas, arrived at far end. I telephonically called him and he arrived that spot with two punctured tyres. He said it only needs air to be filled for which he took a u turn and reached a tyre shop where he was told that its punctured and it will take time. Captain called helpline on my request and told me that helpline asks to finish ride. I said, “but it will cost me fare, though we are standing right in front of place you picked us from…”. He said, “no, they say it will be free”. He cancelled the ride and it costed me 117 rupees from my credit and is not refunded yet. Next captain gave me helpline number 0518747020 who haven’t responded even single time. They just pick the call and instantly cancel it which costs me call charges.

You are hereby requested to take strict action against the responsible, otherwise i’ll file complaint in consumer court…
