I booked careem on 19th of March, 2017 (12:11am) from North Service Road (Kababjees), driver was Zahid Safdar, car was Daihatsu Mira, Silver, BGT-710. He was not reached at the place but at that time I received message from +9294 that your captain has arrived. I called him to find their location, he asked about drop off location and said he was at another road. He said that cancel the ride and then again book a ride. But I did not cancel it. After 10 minutes he cancelled the ride and when I booked ride again I received message from +9294 that “You have negative credit of PKR 128 in your account” my ride’s fare was 198 and I paid 330.
My request is to refund this amount after investigation, as I did not cancelled my ride.
