Yesterday night i arrived from Islamabad to DHA terminal, book Careem, and driver arrived, i called him that u have to arrive at Daewoo terminal as u are standing in side by street, he said where u want to go, i said Askari 11, Lahore. he refused to go and said i dont want to go there as there is no return ride. I was with my Mrs and 8 Months old child, i asked my family to stay in waiting area of Daewoo and went to the car driver (Not captain as his behaviour was rude), i approached him, during rain, asked him the i have reserved it and he said cancel and opt other. i said i will be fined, and fine is an issue but more imp is family who are waiting, he misbehaved and put off the car window, i again asked him that i am a University Professor and i cant behave like him, he said go, his name is Nouman Khalid, Toyota Corolla White, 03000854241 LEH-2282. I was fined 210 PKR. and i had 15 PKR in Wallet so amount now is -195.
I am a professional educationist and trainer, It is utter disgrace to me, my profession and my work as well as my family.
Through viewing the web of Pakistan Complaints i came to know that Careem is running business on fine, not on rides
Careem admin if you cant go to the promise, then you dont have right to stay in my country.
