My name is Muhammad Faizan Khan. My ID is 41304-7759738-7. I registered my car ‘Coure 2009’ with captain ‘Nouman’ in Careem Hyderabad 4 weeks ago (around 9th May 2017). Unluckily, due to captain issue, I didn’t continue after 1 week. But now, since last week I am ready to register another captain, but I didn’t receive till now my cash balance of rs 1459.62 Rs in my bank account. According to the Careem representative I should get the money back in 2 weeks. It’s 4th week going on and I am still waiting for it. I am out of Pakistan I can be contacted via email only.
Kindly reply me asap because I want to register another captain for the same car, but I will register only if I get positive response from your side.
I am attaching my Careem account and bank account detail for your reference. My bank ‘Burj Bank’ is converted into Al Baraka bank.
