The captain arrived at the wrong location because my location wasn’t clear on the map. When I told him to to pick me up at the exact location he told me that I should have told him that before and abruptly ended the call. After that he kept me waiting for 10 minutes and then cancelled the ride but now I have a negative balance of PKR-200. How is this my fault that the driver did not reach me and cancelled the ride himself and I got charged for nothing. Please I want you to cancel my cancellation fees. Thank you.
