Yesterday I booked careem.the driver called me and misbehaved saying why did I book when the driver was away and that he can not pick me. He asked me to cancel the ride. I said I didn’t choose the captain. Careem app does itself and should not have agreed to pick me.now if I cancel I will be charged. He cut the call. For and hour he didnot come. And later on I got a message that captain cancelled the booking but I got charged for 150 rs. What is this ? This is something very annoying.
