I commuted through Careem twice on August 5. When the first drive ended around 4 pm, the Captain asked me for an amount of Rs. 135. I payed the said amount.
Later, at 10:45, I booked another drive. The Captain asked me for an amount of Rs. 200, I had to pay the exact amount. Having rided with Careem many a times, I have an idea of how much the second ride should have charged me. To me, it should have charged somewhat the same as the first ride. I want the overly charged amount back.
