The careem fare was charged wrongly. It showed me 370-420 estimated fare with 2.2X factor, but at the end of the ride, the fare was calculated 1100. Which is heck of a mistake by careem. I was in hurry and had to go so paid the fare otherwise i had not. kindly look forward to the matter asap.
today i book ride and shown fare charges was 160 pkr max,when reached on location it shows 144pkr.I gave 200 pkr to captain and he says he added rest but when i check my wallet it was 14pkr already old credit So what about rest amount? can company will explain this.
kindly credit that remaining amount into my wallet please
