Whenever I have paid extra to the careem captain the amount disappeared exactly after 2days and converted into negative balance I have been complainting for this since 2months but no action takes place
Dear Careem,
I book a ride yesterday and the Rider didn’t show up. I still got the message the the Careem Ricksaw is here. And I have been charged the amount.
Kindly look into the Matter.
