Ordered a careem and the captain was drunk. The captain refused to pick up and misbehaved on call. Requested Mr. Ahmad Ali supervisor at karachi office to look into the matter. Was assigned a new captain Mr. Talha, mentioning the fact that i have another ride to pickup can’t pick you up. Called Mr.Ahmad again to complaint. Waitied for 45 mins and all i got was from the representative was a lie in order to cover the mistake. I request immediate action against all three men.
