People at Careem have a reactive approach rather than a proactive one. Their drivers are untrained in being courteous and polite. And if anything goes wrong, you’d deal with their amazing customer service who’d apologize and give you free credits, as if that makes any difference. They really need to train their drivers properly. Even though I got free credits (which I did not want), I won’t ever be making use of them and neither would I use Careem again.
