I paid 470 to the driver after my ride. This 470 is shown in my careem app wallet as negatve amount. To make a complaint I had to order Careem cab so that customer csre could pick my phone (otherwise they will not pick ur phone) . They said they can not do anything about it but they will forward the complaint ( to God knows where?). Absolutey rubbish complaint system. If There was option for zero stars I would have gone for that. This is because even adter reading these reviews they are not contacting us back.
