I booked Careem from gulshan e iqbal block 6 to NED university around 10pm on 17/02/2017 , driver didn’t arrive at my place, I called him 4 times but he replied he don’t know my place, I have given very famous reference places but unfortunately he didn’t know the single one also he said he doesn’t have the credit balance on his phone to call me or send sms, this pathetic driver wasted my precious 1 hour , his mobile number is 03422100302 , these types of drivers ruining the brand name of Careem , I want Careem to take the serious action against him
