Hello,
I wanted to complain about 2 drivers, 1st i booked a ride but his number was unreachable and was turned off then i looked myself couple of time but there was car regarding the description which was provided to me when i booked it, then my driver cancelled the ride and for that i had to pay for it.
2nd, after this happened i booked another ride and the driver wanted me to walk a kilometer cause he said m not going to bring in the car for you cause the traffic was moving slowly, my mother was with me and she had an incident so she couldn’t walk i told him but he dint came and cancelled the ride and now i have to pay for it again cause my balance is negative.
it is bizarre and unfair
