I traveled from IJP road Rawalpindi to Wah Cant. The app told me 700 estimate but captain told me that it was a peak factor and he took rupees 2250 from me and left and later when I checked my mobile for charges I was just astonished to see that my careem app show me 757 rupees only he took 2250 rupees from me now who is responsible for it I need it back.

I traveled from Shahdara mor Lahore Punjab to Govt Girls school Kot Noor Shah.The app told me 300 estimate but Captain told me that it was a peak factor and he took rupees 1003 from me by cash and left and later when I checked my mobile for charges I was just astonished to see that my careem app me 269 rupees only he took 1003 rupees from me who is responsible for it I need it back. Moreover , I had rupees 233 in my wallet. My wallet was also empty. Its mean, I paid 1003+233=1236.
