Careem Go / Captain cancelled my ride despite informing via SMS

Booked a ride at 8:39 am on July 27, 2017 for riding from Phase 8 DHA to Block 4 Clifton. The Go Careem had the following particulars:

Drivers Name: Abdur Rehman
Vehicle: Suzuki Wagon R
Reg No: BJX-245
Cell No: 0300-2060850

Captain arrived at the destination at 08:48 am, while I texted via SMS at the same time informing him that it will take me around 8 minutes to come out and requested him to wait outside. The Captain did not check his SMS and cancelled the ride and put the entire blame on me that I did not inform him. While I told him that I sent you an SMS but he did not listen and said he has cancelled the ride.

The captains at Careem are giving me a lot of agony generally that they do not accept the call of booking a ride, which takes a good amount of time in the morning, when we have to reach to our work place. When I make a booking earlier and ask the captain to wait they take irresponsible measure do not check their cell phones and then cancel the ride giving us all the stress and agony in the morning. Then Careem had imposed the penalty as well, which should have been imposed at the Captain for showing careless attitide towards his work. Please revoke the Charges of cancellation because it was not my mistake, I informed the Captain and he showed irresponsible attitude towards his assigned task.
