Hi, this is Agha Maxood
I am one of your old customer, I booked a ride few hours back, the Captain gave me a hard time, after long wait I was unable to reach him, I tried many times but there was no response and I was very hopeless and upset. I then somehow manage by my own to reach the destination and I was very late to my office. When I checked my Careem Account Rupees 326/- were deducted from my card, I am so disappointed. Please help me in this matter..thanks

* Go to page
* Write CAREEM in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from CAREEM.
I was charged extra for the last ride about 1930 RS,
When I called help line, they said that, we talked to the captain and he admitted that i was charged extra..
Now i want to get back my amount..
Thank you so much..
Very sad, till now, didnt get any response from careem company about my amount which was taken from me by fraud..
