I have had recent issues with my latest two rides on Tue, Feb 25 at 1:22 PM, and 4:40 PM respectively.
On one ride, my sister paid 200 Rs, and requested the captain to add the amount.
On the 2nd ride, I paid 100Rs, extra and requested the captain to add the extra amount. None of the amount came back in wallet when I went through the transaction history. Upon request to careem care on call center. I was told there was a policy change, due to which I need to make sure that captain adds the amount. I was told no complaint can be lodged and nothing can be done against it. Upon trying multiple times with different customer care personnel my complaint can be lodged but no one knows what’s the turn around time for it. Which just clearly means that my time is just being wasted and nothing can be done against my said complaint. Keep in mind, upon change in policy I as a customer have not been notified via email or anything.

I applied for cream ride but Driver didn’t pick the call nor replied my call,I still wait there about 15 minutes but captan didn’t pick the call.Afterthat company charged me 50 ruppess which is illegal .kindly check this issue and resolve my issue.

Isse waja se end trip na ho sake. Our 1 din ke baad ADMA 1975 rupees show kar raha he ab mera account bhi blocked kar dia he ap bataen matlooba raqam me ne le hi nahi to phir jama kese Karwaon. Ab end trip hoti to me Customer se wasool karta magar jab help line pe call karna chahi to mobile service nahi the. Phir me ne dispute bhai dia. Magar us se bhi kuch faida nahi hua. Ab me kia karun.
